My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was great, offering easy access to nice areas to walk around and plenty of dining options. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially the Sunday Lunch and cocktails. Although there were some minor cons, overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The hotel is situated in a great location, very close to Central Birmingham and the Botanical Gardens. The rooms are of a good standard, and the staff, especially Natasha, are friendly and excellent. However, the rooms could use a fresh coat of paint to fix some scuffs on the walls.

The hotel is excellently located, only a short ride to the city center or a walkable distance from the train station. It is clean, tidy, and quiet, plus having a great gastro pub next door is a nice touch.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, well-decorated, and came with lovely toiletries. The service was top-notch, with all the staff being friendly and extremely efficient. The location was perfect, close to the city center and Birmingham University, with great dining options nearby. The dining experience was delicious, especially at the gastropub next door. Overall, a fantastic choice for a stay.

The room was large, well-decorated, and with a huge bathroom. It had everything I needed, from hand-made biscuits to plenty of storage space and a neatly designed shower en-suite. The only downside was that it was a bit smaller than I had anticipated based on the initial pictures, but still very comfortable.

The service was perfect! The staff were excellent, all friendly and extremely efficient. They even provided a lovely welcome drink upon arrival.

The location was great for exploring the city center and Birmingham University. There were nice areas to walk around, a supermarket nearby, and a lovely pub just across the road with a great selection of food and drinks, including a drink voucher. The High Field Bistro next door was an excellent dining option.

The dining experience was top-notch, especially at the very splendid gastropub of the same name. There were lots of delicious choices, and I enjoyed an amazing Sunday Lunch and evening cocktails followed by a great breakfast that was included.
